3.Professioanl training for free
For the candidates that have passed bodycheck, we arrange different training courses as a platform to strenghthen occupational skills and knowledge. The training takes around 12 work days for free. The training has four major sections: basic knowledge, basic skills, professional skills and post training. Major courses contain: general knowledge of las, security patrol, security guard, knowledge and skills of fire-control, skills for catching thieves, car-parking operation, oral and written practice, security technology and etiquette, etc. Training for special posts differs.

4.Certificates of occupational skills
The training is concluded by an examination that includes theory and practice. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security evaluates the examinations. Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Labor and Social Security awards the certificate of occupational skills(sealed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security).

Requirements

1.Support the Basic Line of People’s Communist Party, stick to the four basic principles, adhere to the law and regulations, keep the social morality. Voluntary registration
2.Clear political records, honest and straightforward, no illegal or criminal records (All the records must be checked and offered by the local police station).
3.desire to undertake security career
4.(Male) height>=.70m,(female)>=.60m. health, clear appearance and quick response. bare eyesight must be above 0.8, good hearing, non-stammer, non-color blindness, non-side glance
5.Enroll the staff with various certificates of residence by the needs of different posts (Demobilized soldiers are preferred). We employ our staff by groups rather than by individuals.
6.Candidates with foreign language, computer skills, driving licence, property management or security guard experience are preferred.

Salary and benefits

1.security guards enjoy basic salary and bonus monthly. Site guards enjoy basic salary, bonus and allowance monthly.
No bonus during the probation.
2.Special posts follow the salary standard publicized on employment presence.
